Noel has worked as an Advanced Care Paramedic for BCEHS for 19 years, and right after school, got hired as a Critical Incident Stress Coordinator for the ambulance service. Noel now does both of these roles part-time, but is now transitioning into the counsellor role as well. Noel has an RTC (Registered Therapeutic Counselling designation) and plans to tackle a Master's in the future. Noel has also completed a year-long Compassionate Inquiry course with Gabor. Mate.

Noel believes it all begins with you and the relationship to yourself. Through connecting and developing safety in the therapeutic alliance, he gently challenges people to see the reflection of who they truly are... He believes there is always a good reason why people do the things they do…and we all have the ability to change. Change improves our relationship with the people closest to us. Noel brings his years of experience as a First Responder to see the story below the story quickly and bring results and desired change. I support people to discover their truth through understanding, empathy, and revealing the best version of themselves.

Noel works with attachment styles, Polyvagal Theory, and believes many of our old stories live in the body. He works with regulating the nervous system and building resilience through choosing to respond rather than typical reactive behaviour. Noel has studied Compassionate Inquiry and incorporates much of this teaching in his work.
