Before arriving at our clinic, please familiarize yourself with our COVID-19 policies below:

  •  Please call us to cancel your appointment if you are experiencing a fever, cough, any cold/flu-like symptoms; or if you are feeling unwell, have been in close contact with someone experiencing these symptoms in the last 14 days, or if you have taken a flight in the last 14 days.

  • Masks are mandatory at all times while in the clinic. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you upon arrival. All staff will be wearing a mask, including reception staff behind the plexiglass barriers.

  • Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your appointment to reduce the amount of time spent in the waiting area.

  • Please use the hand sanitizer provided upon arrival to the clinic.

  • Please respect physical distancing of 2 metres (6 feet).

  • If you need to cough or sneeze, please do so into your elbow and sanitize your hands immediately after.

  • Please limit the number of belongings you bring in to the clinic.

  • If possible, book your appointments online or over the phone. If you require assistance with booking, our reception staff will still be happy to help you with this.

  • We are not accepting cash or cheques at this time.

  • Thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging time.
