Dr. Stephanie Spencer is a Naturopathic Doctor with a clinical focus in women’s health, perimenopause and menopause, hormonal health, and cardiometabolic medicine. Her approach is evidence-informed, thorough, and collaborative, with an emphasis on understanding how different aspects of a patient’s health may be connected.
Dr. Spencer is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) and has completed a year-long fellowship in perimenopause and menopause care through The Confident Clinician. She has a particular interest in helping women understand the hormonal changes that occur throughout adulthood and providing clear, individualized guidance around treatment options, including menopausal hormone therapy (MHT).

Dr. Spencer takes a comprehensive and individualized approach to care. She works collaboratively with her patients to understand their symptoms, health history, previous investigations, and treatment goals before developing a practical plan grounded in current evidence.
Treatment may include nutrition and lifestyle medicine, supplements, prescription medications, menopausal hormone therapy, laboratory testing, and other conventional or naturopathic approaches. Dr. Spencer places particular importance on helping patients understand their options, including the expected benefits, limitations, and risks of treatment, so they can make informed decisions about their care.
In addition to her general practice, Dr. Spencer leads the IV Therapy Program at Aurora Health & Wellness, overseeing the clinical care and delivery of intravenous nutrient and iron therapy.
Dr. Spencer completed her Bachelor of Science before earning her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in Vancouver, British Columbia. She holds prescribing authority in British Columbia and has additional training in intravenous therapy and acupuncture.
