Dr. Spencer has completed eight years of post-secondary education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry while competing on a university soccer scholarship in the United States. She went on to graduate from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster, earning her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) designation. She is also a certified practitioner through The Menopause Society, reflecting advanced training and expertise in midlife and menopausal health care. In addition to her formal training, Dr. Spencer dedicates countless hours each year to evidence-informed continuing education to ensure her patients receive care grounded in the most current research and best practices.
